We basically do a lot of the same stuff.

I write every morning on the dining room table since it's the only place I have to myself. (I'd kill for my own room and desk, though, haha.)

Mornings are calm and quiet so I can really concentrate. I use a Freewrite to write so I have no distractions whatsoever. My writing life completely changed when I got it.

I also have a memo notebook filled with idea. I'm trying to make a habit of writing 5 headlines every day, and that's helped me improve.

I think it's possible for anyone to set any type of writing goal, if they'er serious. There are plenty of single moms, business owners, and even college students who manage to do it.

As long as you put the excuses aside, anything's possible.
